How does Profhilo^® work?

Step 1

Ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is precisely injected into the area being treated. Unlike wrinkle reducing and dermal filler treatments, Profhilo stimulates collagen and elastin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin.

Step 2

As a stabilised product, the activity on dermal cells will last longer than that of a non-stabilised gel. During this time the stimulation of four different types of collagen and elastin takes place by slow release of hyaluronic acid.

Step 3

The stimulation results in significant tissue improvement. It has a significant tightening/lifting and volumizing effect on the tissue.

REDUCED RISK OF SIDE EFFECTS

Due to PROFHILO^® high purity and absence of additives, this treatment offers greater safety and therefore reduced side effects of swelling and bruising. There is little to no downtime required following treatment with PROFHILO^® allowing patients to continue with work and daily activities immediately after treatment.
COMFORTABLE TREATMENT

The unique injection technique of only a maximum of 10 small points allows for a safe, effective procedure with minimal discomfort. The treatment takes around 10 – 15 minutes.
